Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable Specialists are responsible for maintaining positive vendor relationships. Typical tasks for this position include data entry of invoices, account reconciliations, and internal purchasing training.


Human Resources & Payroll Management

Human Resources & Payroll Management staff are responsible for maintaining positive employee relationships. Typical tasks for this position include managing employee payroll, company benefits, labor & tax compliance, and employee policy.


Safety Management

Safety Management staff are responsible for positively impacting and strengthening the safety culture throughout the organization. Typical tasks include creating and facilitating safety awareness and engagement by establishing goals, communication, and accountability within the company, as well as conducting safety training for employees to address industry standards and OSHA regulations.


Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistants are responsible for maintaining positive consumer and visitor relationships, and for helping to promote Alliance as a professional organization.Typical tasks for this position include clerical duties and encouraging employee engagement in the daily operations of the company.


Project Accounting

Project Accountants are responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships. Typical tasks for this position include AIA billing, project compliance, and payment collections.



Estimators are responsible for producing accurate scope and quantity surveys from architectural drawings. The ability to read blue prints, in both print form and by using digital tools like Blue Beam, is required to produce an accurate takeoff for the glass and glazing scope. Estimators work with Salespeople and Pre Construction Managers to use these quantity surveys to compose bids to present to customers. Accurate “take offs,” among other things, lead to successful booking of new sales and profitability during project execution.


Project Manager

Project Managers are responsible for the successful execution of projects from new sale booking through to final completion. Project Managers interact directly with our customers, vendors, and shop and field staff to ensure success and satisfaction across the board.


Field Installer

Our field technicians are responsible for the on-site installation of our products. Their safety is first and foremost, and their goal is to complete high quality installations on schedule and on budget.


Shop Fabricator

Shop fabricators are responsible for fabricating and assembling our units with a serious commitment to quality, making quick and successful installs a certainty.



Potential employees must have skills in computer aided design (CAD), experience with shop drawings, and an eye for details that help to visualize our systems at inception.
