Pre-construction

Estimator/Salesman

Estimators are responsible for producing accurate scope and quantity surveys from architectural drawings. The ability to read blue prints, in both print form and by using digital tools like Blue Beam, is required to produce an accurate takeoff for the glass and glazing scope. Estimators work with Salespeople and Pre Construction Managers to use these quantity surveys to compose bids to present to customers. Accurate “take offs,” among other things, lead to successful booking of new sales and profitability during project execution.

Project Managers are responsible for the successful execution of projects from new sale booking through to final completion. Project Managers interact directly with our customers, vendors, and shop and field staff to ensure success and satisfaction across the board.
