Mike first joined Alliance Glazing in 2007 following eight years in the automotive industry. He graduated from Purdue University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, and he also holds an MBA from DePaul University. During his time with Alliance Mike has spent time in a variety of functions. In 2010 Mike relocated to Texas to open Alliance’s Texas operation, which has become the company's main manufacturing facility, and in 2013 he assisted in the startup of the Denver operation. Today, as Vice President, Mike is involved in a variety of areas, including engineering, manufacturing, finance, and IT. Outside of work, Mike’s primary interests are his family and church. He is also a car enthusiast and enjoys playing sand volleyball. Ultimately, Mike is driven by his faith and by his desire to impact lives everyday through building relationships and helping others grow as individuals, both personally and professionally.

During his more than 20 years with Alliance and before becoming President and CEO of the company, Brian held a number of positions in the fabrication, installation, and estimation departments, as well as working as a project manager. Brian has capitalized on his experience in the industry, rising through the ranks at Alliance to take over the day to day operations of the company in 2001. Brian has a passion for the people who work at Alliance and strives to create a work environment where they can thrive and provide for their families. Brian understands how important family life can be and says that his proudest achievement has been raising and parenting his three daughters. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, sky-diving, motorcycle racing, and boating.

Kristin has been with Alliance since 2000, working her way up through the ranks to her current position as the Director of Administration. Kristin began her career with Alliance on the shop floor—driving trucks, in shipping/receiving, and in cutting and fabrication—later transitioning to the office doing payroll, accounts payable, and project accounting, before moving into her current position as head of the department in 2010. Kristin graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL in 2005 where she double majored in Psychology and Theology, and also studied accounting and finance. Every day she comes to work motivated by the initiative and drive displayed by her coworkers, and believes that encouraging growth through training, goal setting, and experiences allow all employees at AGT to become more confident and successful in their roles. Her primary goal is to create a positive culture by encouraging professional growth and development so that people will have a passion for what they do and enjoy where they work.

Brandon has worked for Alliance Glazing for 10 years and currently oversees operations for the company’s three offices. He got his start in the industry working in his father’s glass shop. From his first job in glazing as a youngster through his time at Alliance, Brandon has accumulated a wealth of experience by working in various parts of the organization, making him a highly valued member of the team. He has a particular interest in and knowledge of unitized curtain walls. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
