Viceroy

With a glass facade and marquee design, this impressive architectural building consists of a 306,345 sq ft, 12-story office tower and an additional 2-story, 17,753 sq ft wrapper building. Alliance Glazing’s contribution to the project included 60,500 sq ft of vertical SSG windows for the tower structure, a 4,900 sq ft vertical SSG curtain wall on the lobby, a 8,600 sq ft vertical SSG curtain wall on the garage, and a revolving door in the lobby.
Village Center Station II
Greenwood Village, CO
This project consisted of 80,000 square feet of 4-sided SSG carrier curtain wall system at typical elevations and spandrel screen wall, featuring 10” deep vertical aluminum knife blades, various projection custom aluminum sunshades, low-iron tempered glass railing and 13,000 square feet of 1/2″ clear tempered glass installed into custom interior aluminum framing.
UTD Bioengineering and Sciences
Richardson, TX
At the heart of the complex—that also includes restaurants, shops, and the 300-room Cowboys themed Omni Frisco Hotel—is the new Dallas Cowboys’ World Headquarters, The Ford Center. Spanning 25 acres, the structure is a state-of-the-art facility that includes a six-story office building. The project included approximately 175,000 square feet of cassette curtain wall and 8,500 square feet of custom cable tension structural glass wall, as well as a host of other scope items.
The Star
Dallas, TX
In addition to the elegant, glass-wrapped 20-story office tower, this multi-purpose development includes a two-level retail podium and a new parking structure with an elevated green space. Alliance Glazing was responsible for the installation of a SSG unitized curtain wall on the building’s towers structure. The 192,500 sq ft curtain wall was was installed using Alliance's custom system. A 26,000 sq ft SSG cassette curtain wall was also installed around the retail section of the building (north wall leaning out 2’-0″ per floor), along with a further 2,900 sq ft of SSG cassette curtain wall on the garage and a wing wall (fly-by wall) that spanned the entire tower. Features include all-glass walls (piazza), curtain wall around the garage and elevator lobbies, sunshades on the tower curtain wall, 2,000 sq ft of J-mold mirrors, and a revolving door in the building’s lobby.
McKinney Olive Tower
Dallas, TX
In 2013, Chicago based developer Oxford Capital Group, LLC acquired the historic building and set into motion plans for a comprehensive redevelopment. The new design integrates a luxury 452 room hotel called LondonHouse with a modernist 22-story glass tower. This project featured a 4-side SSG unitized curtain wall around the hotel tower, and included two OXXO automatic sliding doors and a stainless steel balanced door in the entryway to the hotel.
London House/360 N. Michigan
Chicago, IL
Minutes from the Denver International Airport, the hotel boasts a large number of facilities, including eight restaurants and 485,000 square feet of convention center space. The impressive construction has 168,000 square feet of glass in total, and houses a 75-foot glass atrium in the 100-foot-tall Grand Lodge. Alliance Glazing installed pre-glazed windows (about 1,900 units of punched openings) and a 93,000 sq ft pressure wall curtain with features that include swing aluminum doors (various) and aluminum balanced doors. We also installed two manual revolving doors and a 16’-0″ automatic revolving door in the hotel’s lobby. Three different paint colors were used for finishes (all of them 70% Kynar).
Gaylord Rockies
Aurora, CO
One of the tallest apartment complexes in the city, the twin 32-story Country Club Towers are composed of 552 state-of the art, energy efficient residences. The building includes an amenity deck on level 5, and a 4-story parking garage. Alliance Glazing installed a 171,700 sq ft customized window wall using their Sentinel system. The window wall included two finishes: a black exterior and a white interior. Customized features for the tower wall system included swing terrace doors and operable windows. We also installed a 4-side captured wall for the resorts amenities, a SSG cassette wall on the lobby, and a thermally broken storefront on the garage.
Country Club Towers
Denver, CO
The conversion retains the existing terra cotta exterior but also adds a five-story, vertical glass expansion. The building includes 200 hotel rooms across five additional floors, a ground floor lobby, and a new restaurant that features a folding glass wall between its indoor and outdoor seating areas. This project featured 6,000 sq ft of 4-side SSG cassette curtain wall on the building tower, and included 60 zero-sightline vents.
168 N. Michigan
Chicago, IL
The 135,000 square feet of office space, which boasts floor-to-ceiling glass, is only one of its outstanding features: it also includes a 7th-floor, penthouse amenity space with a 9,000 sq ft outdoor deck, a build-out of the main lobby, nearly 12,000sq ft of street level retail, and a 45-car parking garage. Using their customized system, Alliance Glazing installed 39,700 sq ft of vertical SSG custom window wall with ACM slab edge covers. Various storefront doors were also installed, along with a captured curtain wall and revolving door in the building’s lobby.
